returns Policy

Shipping:
All items require a signature for delivery. Please inspect the item for shipping damage before signing. If you discover the item was damaged in transit please contact me immediately to address the issue.

Returns & Refunds:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return...
1. Email hannah@hannahlee.studio within 7 days of receiving your item. 
2. Depending on the substrate we will coordinate shipping or freight for the item to be shipped back.
3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to confirm it is in original condition.
4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price less shipping and handling cost to your original method of payment.
5. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Final sale:
All framed pieces, items marked "final sale", and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for a return or refund.
